Installation and fixation of cement fiberboard keel

1. The ground, ceiling and uneven wall surface to be installed with keel shall be trimmed

2. Snap lines on the ground and ceiling according to the engineering design, and mark the position along the top (ground) keel. At the same time, mark the position of doors and windows, sanitary equipment and pipe openings

3. Fix the keel along the top (ground) with shooting nails or expansion bolts. The distance between shooting nails or expansion bolts is less than 800 and the distance from the wall end is 100

4. Insert the vertical keel into the keel along the top (ground). Fix with core pulling willow nail

6. When the height of the partition wall exceeds the length of the board, in order to avoid the board joint falling on the same keel. The cross bracing keel should be set up at the top and bottom respectively to make the plate staggered

7. At the position of hanging equipment, set supporting objects according to the equipment position marked in the design. And make marks on the board surface. So that the equipment can be installed and fixed

8. For the installation of concealed pipelines and sockets, if it is necessary to open holes in the vertical keel, the hole diameter shall not be greater than 2 / 5 of the keel width
